This course is intended to instruct the professional how to assess and correct common weightlifting movements. 

Professional Objectives:

  1. Identify the 3 steps needed for assessment of common weightlifting activities.
  2. Identify corrective exercises for most common weightlifting activities.
  3. Identify how Blood flow restriction training can be used to regress exercise intensity.
  4. Recognize proper workload ratio for exercise programming.
  5. Recognize differences between front and back squat.
  6. Identify proper stance for different lifting techniques.
  7. Identify programming changes for patients that train with pain.
