West Virginia Speech Language Pathology Continuing Education Requirements

Hours Needed:

West Virginia SLP's need 20 hours, SLPA's need 5 hours

Deadline:

SLP's: Due 12/31 of even years SLPA's: Due 12/31 annually

Home Study Limit:

A licensee shall submit verification of CE credits earned from these organizations. Verification consists of proof of attendance by signature of the presenter or monitor. Self study is mentioned & language is in notesat end of table.

Additional Information:

None --- If dually licensed-shall obtain 15 clock hours of continuing education credits in each area, for a total of 30 clock hours during the two-year license period.
