The HomeCEU Backstory...
In 2005, HomeCEU.com was created by physical therapists with the vision to provide convenient and cost-effective online continuing education opportunities for healthcare professionals. Traditional continuing education – the kind where you travel to sit in a classroom for a long, drawn-out weekend of frantic note taking, and stale brown bag lunches. Traveling out of town for continuing education, or even participating in local weekend events could be challenging. Online continuing education offerings – a newer concept at the time – were clunky, difficult to use, and provided a meager selection of stale educational opportunities, not to mention had limited customer service. There had to be a better way! And so, HomeCEU.com was born.
Today...
Today HomeCEU serves over 100,000 professionals in the fields of physical therapy, occupational therapy, massage therapy, athletic training, and speech-language pathology. Along the way, we’ve become a technology company too – developing our own internal learning management system to provide an excellent customer experience, as well as our media-rich Seminars-On-Demand®, and Live Webinars. All, with the ultimate goal of providing the best continuing educational experience you’ve ever had – while allowing you to save time and money!
