  • Differentiate the different types, causes, and potential outcomes of aspiration.    
  • Distinguish the different clinical factors that increase the risk of aspiration.    
  • Analyze the factors of saliva in relation to aspiration pneumonia.    
  • Predict the role of proper patient oral hygiene in the prevention of aspiration pneumonia.    
  • Relate the different intervention strategies and their application to address aspiration risks to promote health and improve quality of life in patients.
