  6. Identify the timing between diagnosis and physical therapy treatment being given
  7. Recognize the limit of times acceptable for taking the exam
  8. List the monetary penalty for violations
  9. Identify the timing of when the Board may withdraw or amend the declaratory opinion
  10. List the goals for ethical conduct
