  1. Cite the applicable regulations and statutes for Florida assisted living facilities (§ 429.23) and skilled nursing facilities (§ 400.147) for adverse incidents and reporting
  2. Identify terms related to adverse events, per the Florida regulations
  3. Cite the protocols for use of the incident report form
  4. Identify the correct steps and timelines for investigating an incident
