Upon the completion of this course, the learner will be able to: 

  1. Identify multiple approaches to defining and understanding the root cause of anger. 
  2. State the underlying root of anger that parents experience 
  3. Define the eight stages of grief that parents move through when their child is diagnosed. 
  4. Identify skills and tools to help parents prevent episodes of anger 
  5. Identify skills and tools to help parent manage episodes of anger
