  • Discuss Strategies to teach Growth Mindset to children 
  • Describe how the brain works 
  • Learn activities to help improve perseverance and foster effort in clients 
  • Understand the elements of effective praise

  • Discuss Strategies to teach Growth Mindset to children 
  • Describe how the brain works

  • Help children overcome their learning challenges 
  • Teach children to enjoy the process of learning 
  • Aid children in developing Positive self-talk

  • Identify the differences between a growth mindset and fixed mindset
  • Identify 5 activities to teach children to understand neural development
  • Identify appropriate ways to praise children and teach children that mistakes are opportunities to learn
  • Recognize Executive Skills of Cognitive flexibility, working memory and Emotional regulation.
  • Identify techniques to improve client’s working memory
  • Identify strategies to improve client’s Cognitive Flexibility 8. Identify strategies to develop emotional regulation skills in clients.
