  • Discussion of the use of a master resume for review
  • Discussion of what pieces of information can be eliminated from the resume in the event of space limitations
  • Discuss the purpose of dressing professionally
  • Discuss what is and isn’t appropriate attire for both men and women

  • Discussion of the items needed to perform well in an interview
  • Discussion of reference acquisition process
  • Discuss the components of pre-interview research
  • Discuss the steps of the actual interview and how to make a good impression
  • Discuss the responses to common interview questions
  • Discuss the techniques of answering interview questions
  • Discuss the components of a follow up
  • Discuss the responses to being offered a position and discussing pay
  • Discuss in depth the main components used in an in person impression: the introduction, elevator speech, attire, confidence and non verbal communication

  • Discuss the mediums of written impressions
  • Discuss the advantages and potential issues with written documents and easy solutions to issues

  • Discuss the process of following up with a business contact
