- Discuss formation of adhesions, consequences of movement and how to alleviate them.
- Define how Trigger points form and key identifying characteristics.
- Name three layers, discuss how they interact and become involved with forming barriers to free movement.
Hour 2
- Describe characteristics of pain referral and implications for locating origination of symptoms.
- Identify effects of the technique application and causal neuromuscular mechanisms
- Identify the client's role in applying techniques and implications for effective relief.
