This course is intended to instruct the professional of how aquatic training can be incorporated into traditional land-based training programs. 

Professional Objectives:

  1. Identify and discuss overload physiology.
  2. Identify the physiology of post-exercise recovery.
  3. Recognize the physiological responses to water immersion as it pertains to recovery.
  4. Identify the most appropriate types of aquatic equipment for recovery.
  5. Select appropriate aquatic programming for recovery.
