This course is intended to instruct the professional of how aquatic training can be incorporated into traditional land-based training programs. 

Professional Objectives:

  1. Identify 3 types of Energy Systems.
  2. Recognize the physiological responses to water immersion as it pertains to energy systems.
  3. Select and identify the most appropriate types of aquatic equipment for energy system training.
  4. Select appropriate aquatic programming for energy system training.
