Professional Objectives:

  1. Identify the trajectory of healthcare and healthcare reform; and it’s impact on home health utilization and requirements.
  2. Recognize the general requirements related to qualifying for a home health episode of care.
  3. Identify the therapy requirements as it relates to the provision of services under home health.
  4. Recall the documentation requirements related to home health.
  5. Recognize the differences in providing in home care and how to optimize success in service delivery.
