Sara Story, OTD, OTR/L, BCG, CAPS, is an occupational therapy faculty member at Spalding University. Dr. Story has 11 years of experience working with older adults. She serves on the Greater Louisville Aging in Place Alliance. Her interests, presentations, and publications include geriatric community-based therapy in utilizing technology to enhance outcomes in older adults, fall prevention, community mobility, and home modification and safety in underserved rural communities. Dr. Story is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and is Board Certified in Gerontology from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
