Sandra Villam, PT, WCC

Sandra Villam, a licensed Physical Therapist, received her Wound Care Certification from the National Alliance of Wound Care & Ostomy in 2012. She graduated in 1993 from the University of British Columbia, Canada. Sandra has worked primarily with the geriatric population, both in Skilled Nursing and Home Health.  

She became interested in wounds when in 2003 she attended an intense training in wound care and sharps debridement in order to qualify for her WA PT license.  Living in a rural area of Washington she determined to become certified based on a need for expertise in treating complex wounds. Sandra enjoys teaching, sharing her knowledge, and enabling other healthcare professionals to feel confident in their skills.
