An overview of assessments, goal setting, therapy planning, and data collection are discussed. A focus on communication within vocation and leisure skills are also presented. Demonstration videos and pictures are utilized to illustrate these concepts.

  • Identify 2 assessments that can be helpful for students with autism in middle and high school.
  • Identify 4 vocational activities that can be used to support communication.
  • Select 4 modified leisure activities that will allow work on social skills.
