  • Description of the neuroanatomy of emotions and how emotional hijacking occurs with stress and distraction.
  • Discussion of the mindset shift required to renew and regenerate your capacity.
  • Review optimism as a strategy to engage and inspire yourself and your team.
  • Discussion of the barriers to emotional intelligence/ agility and the risks to performance.

  • Demonstration and discussion of strategies you can use to increase self-awareness and maintain emotional agility.
  • Wrap Up: Review the main points; set up commitment and action plan to implement suggestions.
