According to the New Mexico Physical Therapy Association, Physical Therapists & Assistants may complete up to 15 hours of their continuing education requirement via courses completed at home, and up to 15 hours may be completed via approved internet-based courses. Let me explain if you take a continuing education course at home, not on your computer it is considered home study, whereas if you complete a continuing education course via your computer, it is considered internet based. For each category, you can only complete up to 15 hours of your requirement.

Not to fear though, you can still complete your entire continuing education requirement via HomeCEUs approved courses, you just must be selective in how your course is delivered. In order to make the process simpler, you can call 1.800.554.2387 and one of our happy helpers will be glad to well, help you, or if you'd like to order online, simply order 15 of your hours as "mail version" and 15 of your hours as "online" to complete your full 30 hour requirement.
