Sheila M. Longpré

Sheila M. Longpré is an Assistant  Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at Eastern Michigan University. Dr. Longpré has over twenty years of practice in occupational therapy practice across the lifespan. Seventeen years include application specifically related to occupational therapy practice in oncology. She has worked at two of the leading cancer centers in the nation, presented locally, nationally, and internationally on the topic. In addition, she has authored multiple articles and book chapters related to the topic area and continues to engage in research related to the role of occupational therapy in oncological care across the lifespan.
