Dr. Roach completed his Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy Fellowship at American Sports Medicine Institute/Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, AL.  He is a graduate of Purchase College, State University of New York. Dr. Roach has both M.S. and M.D. from Tulane University. At Tulane he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Roach completed an Orthopaedic Surgery Residency NYU Orthopedics,

Orthopedic Surgery, NYU Langone Health/Hospital for Joint Diseases, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery where he received Friend of Nursing Award, Perioperative Resident Award, NYU Research Grant and Nate Bondi Orthopaedic Education Award.
