Patrick is an advanced clinical pharmacist practicing in family medicine. Dr. Welch completed his pharmacy school at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy and completed his Post Graduate Years 1 and 2 residencies at Intermountain Health. He currently works under collaborative practice agreements managing disease states such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), hyperlipidemia, and anticoagulation. He enjoys helping patients live their healthiest lives possible.
