Melinda Rochetti, a physical therapist, received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois in 2005. Melinda has worked as a PT in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing facilities, and home health.  She has over 9 years of management experience in LTC/SNF facilities, outpatient facilities, and CCRCs with experience working as an Assistant Rehab Director, a Rehab Director and a Regional Manager.  Melinda's experience includes clinical service delivery, clinical and operations management, information technology, clinical program development and appeals and denials management. 

Melinda has been with HealthPRO-Heritage since 2011 and in the role of Vice President of Quality Assurance and Compliance for HealthPRO-Heritage at Home since 2016.  Melinda holds the Resident Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT) certification through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination, providing MDS education and regulatory support to HealthPRO-Heritage and its partners, in addition to being a part of HealthPRO-Heritage’s MDS Support Team.  She is also certified as an OASIS-Specialist- Clinical (COS-C) through OASIS Answers and leads HealthPRO-Heritage’s Home Health Hierarchy and is currently a part of the PDGM Expert Workgroup Team within HealthPRO-Heritage.
