Marta Brinkley, OTR, CHT

Marta Brinkley, OTR, CHT has more than 30 years of experience in hand therapy. She has played a key leadership role in developing hand therapy clinics throughout the Southeast and in 2011 she chaired the National Annual Meeting for the American Society of Hand Therapists. Her specialties include care for patients with hand and upper extremity injuries; fabrication of customized orthoses (splints); and provision of a full range of modalities as well as patient and family education to help treat the condition and allow for carryover to home. Mrs. Brinkley received a Bachelor's Degree: Occupational Therapy with High Honors from University of Texas Medical Branch School of Allied Health Sciences. She is also a Charter Associate Member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
