Mark Posada is the Director of Strategic and Education Services for the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).  Annually, TEEX trains over 170,000 individuals globally in the areas of public safety, security, occupational safety, critical infrastructure and economic growth.  Mr. Posada also serves as Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for the agency.  In 2008, Posada was selected as a Commissioner for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training.  He continues to serve in that capacity today.  He has over 23 years of continuing education and training experience.

Mr. Posada earned both his Masters of Science in Educational Human Resource Development and his Bachelors of Arts in English at Texas A&M University. He is a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society, a Certified Training Professional and a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional.
