Jennifer Hinkley earned her bachelor’s in Education in 1999 from SUNY New Paltz in New York.  She went on to get her Master’s in Curriculum Design and Educational Technology and spent the first 13 years of her career as a teacher.  In 2012, she decided it was time for a change and became the Director of Training for a nursing home in Miami, FL.  With the support of her coworkers, she completed the Administrator in Training program and got her Florida Nursing Home Administrator License. 

 In January 2015, Jennifer was asked to take on the role of Corporate Director of Training and Education for one of the largest nursing home companies in Texas, where she is currently employed.  Jennifer got her Texas Nursing Home Administrator License in July 2016.  Among her many duties, one of her favorite is travelling to the homes throughout the state, providing support in a number of areas.  Her one true passion is creating a learning environment, where people are able to flourish and do their best.
