Heather Guarnera is an HR and Safety professional with over 18 years of experience in organizational development, HR policy compliance and workplace safety practices for businesses with U.S. and global operations. Heather was a past member of the Board of Directors for the Case Manager Society of America, Southern California Chapter. As part of this role, she assisted in constructing and passing work comp reform legislation in California.

Heather has provided both HR compliance and safety consulting for a large number of start-up, corporate, government organizations and non-profits. Several of her client engagements have included Boeing, Epson, The Rose Bowl, The City of Los Angeles, and Consolidated Restaurant Operations. She is certified by the DOT as a Breath Alcohol Testing Instructor, DOT Drug Screen Collection Instructor and also holds her certificate in OSHA Workplace Compliance Training. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from The Ohio State University.
