Debbie Roper, MSN, RN graduated from University of Texas at Arlington. She has forty-one years of nursing experience with the last eleven years dedicated to developing stroke programs. Debbie is the CEO of Strokes“R”Us where she developed the only formal training for stroke coordinators in the United States, “Advanced Stroke Certification Course”. She has successfully led multiple urban and rural healthcare facilities toward all levels of stroke certification. Debbie has personally educated thousands of healthcare professionals, EMS providers and members of the community about stroke. She is recognized nationally for her efforts in changing processes to treat stroke patients.
