Christy Thrift is an Occupational Therapist who graduated from the University of South Alabama in 1998.  She has worked with Baptist Health Care for the past nineteen years with wide variety of experience in acute care, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings.   In the past eleven years her focus has shifted to the solely outpatient population treating primarily orthopedic related conditions.  She is passionate in treating the population that is affected by the debilitating affects of arthritis.  Her love of people and seeing individuals regain or keep their own independence in day to day life if what drives her.  She is married with two children and enjoys movies, hiking, fishing, biking, and a little “retail therapy”.
