Brandyn Russell, OTR/L

Brandi Russell, OTR/L has been practicing pediatric occupational therapy since 2002 after graduating from the University of Kansas.  She is currently licensed in the state of Kansas, certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and a member of the International Association of Child Sleep Consultants. Brandi has a long-time interest in children’s sleep.  She recognizes the powerful impact of sleep and the value of healthy sleep habits in children’s daily routines. Brandi is the author of a children's storybook, Snooze, which was inspired by her own children's nap-time defiance.  Brandi wrote Snooze to help other families with the often challenging nap-time routine.   

Brandi is blessed to live a life where she is able to leverage her professional knowledge in child development and personal experiences in raising children to help other children and families grow.  She believes in empowering families, capitalizing on their interests and building upon their strengths. Brandi has been working in the early intervention setting for the past 17 years—providing support, education, and guidance to grow confident and empowered parents who in-turn sprout happy and successful children.
