Anthony P. Sarola, PT, GCS
Anthony has over 30 years of clinical and managerial experience in acute care and as an owner of an outpatient practice. He is currently an administrator in the rehabilitation department of a 14-hospital network and is board-certified in Geriatric Physical Therapy.
Anthony's academic positions include adjunct faculty in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Touro College and guest lecturing at Columbia University Program in Physical Therapy, with emphasis on administration, documentation, reporting, ethical standards, medical-legal issues, and regulatory oversight. His leadership positions include Legislative Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Chairman of the Council of Licensed Physiotherapists of New York State, Inc. and Member-at-large of the Advisory Committee of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehabilitation Network.
Anthony also performs consulting work that includes chart review on medical-legal cases and reviews of textbooks on physical therapy administration.
