Postural Assessment & Therapeutic Yoga Prescription
This course focuses on educating therapists about postural assessment and therapeutic yoga prescription. Therapists will be shown how to easily identify factors affecting alignment before moving on the explore the need for a holistic approach to postural assessment. Chrys will also cover muscle imbalances of the six Egoscue postural sets and prescribe two asanas for each set.
Myofascial Yoga: Creating Resonance and Release
In this course, the therapist will learn all about the principles of fascia, mechanics of Myofascial release and Anatomy Trains. Chrys will share her knowledge of a deeper understanding of the myofascial system, its importance for the body, and how myofascial restrictions or trigger points get lodged in the body over time.
