- Discussion on proprioception. Progression of balance and stabilization training

- Discussion of 3 levels of functional stability; joint instability, vicious cycle of instability
- Steps of sensorimotor training, steps and progression for sensorimotor training
- Stages and importance of sensorimotor training
Hour 5
- Discussion of Advantages and Disadvantages of stabilization training
- Document services delivered for evidenced- based results
